Why link each project to a price?
A price list is easier to trust when you can see the kind of work it pays for. Each project below is matched to one of our four published rates, so you can look at a finished surface and know straight away which line of the price table it belongs to: restoration, laying only, repair or turnkey paving.
The descriptions stick to what the photos show. We do not publish where a job was, when it was done, who it was for or how large it was, because many of the properties are private homes. The rates themselves are explained on block paving cost per m² and restoration cost.
Which rate applies to which kind of job?
- Restored stamped concrete driveway and garage: restoration, €15/m² + IVA.
- Finished double-T and rectangular paving: turnkey at €84/m² + IVA, or labour-only at €16/m² + IVA when the material or base already exists.
- Footpath with lifted pavers and a rebuilt bed: sunken paver repair, from €30/m² + IVA.
- Blended pavers being set by hand: the laying operation included in both new-paving rates.
Every figure above excludes IVA at 21 % and is indicative. What your own job costs depends on access, ground, slope and area, which is why a firm figure always comes from your photos rather than from a gallery. The photos help you recognise the type of job; the quote prices your version of it.
How can you get a figure for a similar job?
Pick the project closest to what you have in mind and mention it when you get in touch. Send us a photo and the approximate m² – free, no-obligation quote. The price calculator gives a rounded band first if you prefer to check your budget on your own.
